1. Services Offered
We provide property maintenance services including cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, repairs, and re-let preparation. All jobs will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are free and provided in writing
Prices include labour and materials (unless stated otherwise)
Any additional work will be discussed before proceeding
3. Booking & Cancellations
Once you confirm a job, we’ll schedule it at a time that suits you
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations
Missed appointments may incur a call-out fee
4. Payments
Payment is due upon job completion (unless agreed otherwise)
We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payment
5. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand by our work. If something’s not right, let us know within 7 days and we’ll put it right at no extra cost.
6. Liability
While we take every care during our work, we are not liable for pre-existing issues or damage caused by third-party contractors.
